Our Culinary Journey
Shiju KK is a visionary food entrepreneur with an unwavering passion for creating exquisite flavours. Hailing from Sreekandapuram, Kannur, Kerala, he has spent 18 years honing his skills as a chef, F&B controller, and F&B manager in India and abroad. Over the years, Shiju pioneered a unique fusion of continental and Indian cuisines, delighting the taste buds of countless food lovers. In 2022, he embarked on his most ambitious venture yet – launching his brand ‘Coopa’.
